NEW – ISH is changing its schedule as of 2023. In the future, events will always begin on Monday. The next ISH will be take place March 13 – 17 , 2023 (Monday to Friday) .

New exhibition hall layout for ISH 2023 – ISH continues to improve and expand with a new exhibition hall and restructuring, which especially benefits the energy section. The expansion provides ISH with room to grow and continue strengthening its position as a worldwide trade show leader.

1. Dates and important deadlines for exhibition organizers

November 2021 to present	Invitation to Exhibit at ISH 2023 You can now login and submit your nonbinding application to exhibit at ISH using your personal show account (My Account). If you have participated in a previous ISH or have already registered as an interested party, you will receive an invitation to take part in ISH 2023 by email. Please follow the link in the invitation and complete your intention to exhibit. First time exhibitors can register at: www.ish.messefrankfurt.com
As of February 2022	Hall Planning Phase / Submission of Booth Space Applications We will contact you as soon as we have reviewed the booth space options. Please be aware that the planning phase includes coordination with the exhibitors. This process sometimes results in waiting time. Planning phase: February 2022 to ca. November 2022
As of February 2022	Booth Confirmation Depending on the state of planning, the exhibit confirmations will be sent out in December. The contract between the exhibitor and Messe Frankfurt goes into effect when the written Exhibit Confirmation has been issued.
As of June 2022	Exhibitor Permits, Set-up / Dismantle Tickets, Exhibitor Services You will receive your individual Exhibitor Services documents via email. You can now order exhibitor permits, as well as set-up and dismantle tickets, online in the ticket shop. As if June of 2022, you can order services such as electricity, water, booth security, booth cleaning, forwarding services, car parking tickets, and admission-ticket vouchers via the Exhibitor Services Shop. Please note that order deadlines for specific services vary. You can access the Exhibitor Services Shop with your personal Show log in. Joint-stand participants registered after the deadline will only be published in the online exhibitor search.
As of September 2022 Deadline: January 16, 2023	Booth Design Plans Submission of booth design plans, subject to approval → Please review the technical Guidelines at: www.ish.messefrankfurt.com /Planning and preparation / Information for Exhibitors /. Downloads Deadline: January 16, 2023. Subject to mandatory authorization are: Booth spaces larger than 100m^2, two-story exhibition booths, walls higher than 4m, enclosed ceilings, platforms higher than 0.20 m, glass constructions and moving parts. Cinemas and Spectator rooms, stages, buildings in the outdoor area and temporary structures are always subject to approval regardless of their size.
March 8-12, 2023	Regular set-up of ISH is 24 hours a day from March 8 – 12, 2023. Please check the specific entrance regulations.
March 13 -17, 2023 (Monday – Friday)	ISH takes place March 13 -17, 2023. The show is open for Exhibitors with Exhibitor passes from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

II. Dates and important deadlines for the booth designer

November 19, 2018	Inquiry In addition to the briefing, we require a hall plan from the show with your confirmed booth and booth number, as well as a budget. Send your request to info@chritto.com. If you have questions, please contact us at phone number +49 2207-9685-0.
December 10, 2018	Order confirmation As soon as you are satisfied with the design, we will send you an offer. We must receive your confirmation of the order by December 10, 2018.
January 14, 2019	Final design changes
January 28, 2019	Trade shows orders usually must be completed at least 6 weeks in advance
January 28, 2019	List of all materials sent to CHRITTO
February 18, 2019	Deadline print files for graphics
March 1, 2019	Delivery of customer material to CHRITTO. Please send your materials, giveaways, etc., by March 1, 2019, to the following address: Industriestr. 8-10, 51399 Burscheid
March 10, 2019	Booth handover
March 11 – 15, 2019 (Monday – Friday)	ISH takes place March 11-15, 2019. Daily opening times for Exhibitors, carrying Exhibitor passes, are from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

1.) Define your trade fair goals and make informative briefing material available.

The more specific and detailed the information is, the better the architects and designers can tailor the stand concept to your needs.

2.) Begin planning your participation at the trade fair in good time.

3.) Select three exhibition contractors with whom you would like to have a detailed briefing.

4.) Every design draft costs money.

5.) Have the concepts presented to you in person, preferably in the presence of all the decisionmakers in your company.

6.) Choose one partner promptly following the presentations and inform the companies of your decision.

7.) Inform your partner promptly about any changes you require (e.g. a change in exhibits) and coordinate things with them on a regular basis.

8.) Arrange an appointment for handover of the stand with the project manager responsible.

9.) Plan long-term cooperation with one exhibition contractor.

10.) Project safety can be achieved by commissioning a FAMAB member.
